J'ai fait appel à la société Batibois à 15 ans d'intervalle, pour des travaux simples puis importants et jamais déçue ! Le lien avec Corinne à l'administratif a toujours été présent pendant ces 15 années avec mes petites demandes. Tout au long de mes derniers importants travaux, Laurent a toujours été à l'écoute, disponible et fait en sorte que les travaux soient impeccables pour répondre à mes demandes. Son équipe a été discrète et efficace pendant les travaux. Je recommande vivement !
I've used Batibois 15 years apart, for both simple and major projects, and I've never been disappointed! The relationship with Corinne in the administrative department has always been there for me over these 15 years, especially with my small requests. Throughout my most recent major projects, Laurent was always attentive, available, and made sure the work was impeccable, meeting my needs. His team was discreet and efficient throughout the project. I highly recommend them!

Fourgon qui roulent n'importe comment. Sur une petite route ne ralentie même pas et ni se range pour faciliter le croisement.
Vans that drive haphazardly. On a small road, they don't even slow down or pull over to make it easier to pass.

Jamais reçu de devis non plus malgré des relances. Concept original que de faire perdre du temps et de l’énergie aux clients pour un rdv et de ne pas envoyer de devis alors que c’était convenu à la fin de l’entretien. Et sans la moindre explication. Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise. J’avais hésité à les appeler à la lecture d’autres commentaires, j’aurai effectivement dû m’abstenir.
Never received a quote either despite reminders. It's an original concept to waste customers' time and energy for an appointment and not send a quote even though it was agreed upon at the end of the meeting. And without the slightest explanation. I strongly advise against this company. I hesitated to call them after reading other comments, I should have actually refrained.

3 mois et maints coup de tel pour avoir un devis toujours pas reçu 😀😄😂 MDR. On peut revoir la note si contact dans la journée mais puis-je encore y croire ?
3 months and many phone calls to get a quote still not received 😀😄😂 LOL. We can review the note if contacted during the day but can I still believe it?
